I recently added more RAM to my system and my OS SSD disk which is 60 GB completely filled up.
I was looking for some answers on Google and thought it might have something to do with the swap/pagefile etc. However, as it turns out this is an issue related to hibernation.
Disable hibernate as such to resolve the issue:
